New Equipment is here

Three new recumbent/ ellipitcal machines arrived yesterday and they are awesome. We have two new treadmills on the way soon and we are in the process of installing an Activtrax fitness/nutrition kiosk to track your health and wellness growth. If you haven't been out to the Y in a while, I'd like to extend an invitation to you to come and see all the new equipment and programs we have to offer.
